Why this exists: you asked whether the latest Pacific files exist, whether they were updated, what is highest value to give and to implement, and whether we acted on any of it. Read-check across Nano, M2 and Mini; nothing sent, nothing deployed.

Files: Latest and identical on all three boxes as of the 09-07 refinement pass (52 files; every hash matched Nano ↔ M2, five key files matched Mini). Edits made today (roster section, Shayne mark-off, gift PDFs, the AIOS-MAP → SYSTEM-MAP rename and the rebuilt SHARE-2026-09-09.zip) were pushed Nano → M2 and Nano → Mini with md5 checks after each push.

Sent to the group: Nothing from the fleet. No DM, no group post, no hosted link. Shayne link: sent by Sean (confirmed 09-09). Everything else is staged behind two of your decisions (map wording, hosting) and three send GOs.

Implemented internally: 4 of the top 5 “value to implement” cards were started on 09-07 (prompt-only unattended guard applied, permission tiers v0 written, evals ledger seeded, routing file copied). Each still needs one ruling from you to finish.

Fleet misses: Two, one now fixed. The roster was never updated after the 09-06 call — fixed 09-09 (dated section added, analysis columns labelled as such, board N27 unblocked). Still open: an older duplicate “PacificAI” starter kit from 08-23 is still sitting next to the new one with its A0 card open.

2. Highest value to GIVE (ranked) — and what a yes does

David (host) — gifts/david-crm-call-intake.md by DM. His CRM starts in October with a 5,000-customer outreach goal; the gift is the intake pattern his builder needs. A yes = you send one file and one question (“which system holds the customer record — API or spreadsheet?”). Highest value because he is the host, the top client fit, and time-boxed.
Shayne — the one-time-payment CRM link by text. DONE (Sean sent it; confirmed 2026-09-09). Was the overdue call-1 debt; partner posture kept.
Group — cover note + SHARE-2026-09-09.zip. A yes = one group message with the zip (no deploy) or a hosted link (needs a deploy GO + slug). Send 2–3 days before the third call so people open it beforehand.
Connor — gifts/connor-truth-and-reports.md by DM. Answers his “it lies to me constantly” and the over-built Make scenario. He was not on call 2; DM, do not wait.
Drago — gifts/drago-programmatic-skills.md by DM. The “make the shipping skill code, let the model read exceptions” recipe. He builds it himself; the gift is the design.

Roster after call 2 — done 09-09. NEXT-CALL-PLAN’s instruction (“one line per person into ROSTER.md, new dated section”) had not been executed and board N27 still said blocked on Nano being offline. The dated section is now in ROSTER.md (analysis columns labelled as such) and N27 is unblocked.
Old kit reconciliation. comms/outputs/starter-kits/pacificai/ (08-23) and its open A0 card overlap the 09-04 KIT and the verified-truth skill. Needs a one-line disposition: retire the 08-23 kit as superseded, or keep it as the public kits.seanvargas.com variant.
Board hygiene. N18 (choose hosting), N27, N28, N30 are four rows for one lane; they can collapse into one row with the decision list below.
