Full inventory captured (8 listings: 7 active, 1 sold) with descriptions, condition, and dates. The oldest active listing is from January 2024; the newest is December 2025. Every listing shows zero recorded clicks.
Board updated: lanes marketplace-listings (owner: you) and m2-lane-driver (LIVE-CURRENT) now exist on the live board.

2. The seven active listings, assessed

Haircut applied per the standing rule: asking prices × 0.65 = MOVE; LIST = MOVE × 1.15. Where the same part is still sold new, the new price caps the used ceiling. Every figure is labeled ASK, NEW, or EST (no SOLD comp found). Links open the live listing.

3. Staged edits, waiting on your GO

GO-1 Reprice all six to LIST (Gucci $750, MSI $100 each, F30 rotors $175, M3 rotors $200, Audi/VW set $230, flannels $15).
GO-2 Gucci strategy: hold FB at $950 and cross-list on eBay with Authenticity Guarantee instead of cutting. Needs the style number off the box; that is a phone photo away.
GO-3 MSI duplicate: one board or two? One board = delete the second listing. Two = merge into one listing with quantity 2.
GO-4 Copy fixes: F30 rotors brand line from the box label; Audi/VW retitle to lead with fitment; flannels to $15 or delete.

Where the deep comp research had confirmed SOLD data it overrode the v2 valuation: the PS3, Halo 4 console, Switch bundle and Fallout NV guide moved up on real sales; the iPhone boxes moved down because only asks exist. At MOVE the set lands between $1,270 and $2,200 depending on how the forks below resolve, which is why no single total is quoted.

Eight more forks have no draft yet because each branch is a different product with no price evidence: Fostex headphones (model on the cup or yoke; $45–850 spread), the portable DAC/amp (does the bottom say XD-05?), Elden Ring metal case (9-inch Malenia statue inside?), Dark Souls figurine (Gecco or First 4 Figures stamp?), Batman Arkham Asylum hardcover (copyright page says only 1989?), Spider-Man book (Omnibus / Masterworks / Taschen on the spine?), Eragon (copyright says Paolini International LLC?), Harry Potter (number line 1 3 5 7 9 10 8 6 4 2 with a leading 1?). Answer any of those and the draft gets written.

Not drafted on purpose: Apple Pencil 1 (folded into the iPad draft), Tier D items (sub-8GB RAM, digital-only Demon's Souls, unsigned Peterson paperbacks, the PS5 you are keeping), and the HiFiMan Arya, which you are keeping.

5. M2 lane driver: built, smoke-tested, live

Live

What exists now. M2 (TopBook-Pro) already runs the headless Claude executor as a GUI-domain LaunchAgent every five minutes, which is what gives it keychain access that plain SSH lacks. The missing piece was the sender. ops/scripts/m2-dispatch-card.sh on Nano now builds a card from any lane on the board (or a free-text prompt), drops it into M2's inbox, kicks the executor so it runs immediately, logs the dispatch, and pulls results back with --fetch.

Proof. A smoke card sent at 7:43 PM PDT ran on M2 and its result was fetched back to Nano 18 seconds later (hostname TopBook-Pro.local, repo root /Users/SeanVargas/AI_OS). Result file: comms/outbox/m2/outbox/result-2026-09-09_194334-task-20260910T0243Z-smoke-m2-driver.md. Dispatch log: logs/m2-dispatch.log.

How "as they are prompted" works. Any session (you in Telegram, A0, a Nano agent) that wants M2 to drive a lane runs the first command. Cards default to a four-hour timeout because the executor's own default is five minutes. M2 writes its report to comms/outputs/m2-lanes/<lane>/ and updates the lane on its own copy of the board.

Gaps on the driver

Telegram chatter. The M2 executor posts "[AIOS Executor] Starting task" and "Done" for every card. Under the notification diet, "Starting" is noise. It is a live production service, so I did not edit it; the fix is one line in claude-inbox-executor.sh on M2 and needs your nod.
Lane-write authority. Syncthing is not running on M2, and the lane lock is host-local, so M2's lane updates are last-writer-wins against Nano. Nano stays the lane authority; M2's board writes should be reconciled from the fetched report, not trusted blind.
Not yet exercised on a real lane. The smoke card proves transport and execution. The first real lane dispatch is the next step and should be one you pick.

6. Gaps and skipped

No SOLD comps were reachable for any of the seven old listings (eBay sold filter is login-walled). All reprices are haircut ASKs or new-retail caps, labeled as such.
Photos for new drops: 39,766 of 40,431 photos on Nano are cloud-only, so no photo was attached to any draft. Each draft carries a shot list instead.
Facebook has no listing API for personal accounts, and driving the posting flow with a bot is an account-restriction trigger. Posting the new drops stays a you-at-the-keyboard step; the drafts make it copy-paste.
Renewal verification relied on Facebook's own button state ("Renew (7 days)") and the disappearance of the renew nudges. The "Listed on" date does not change on renewal, so that field was not usable as proof.
