2026-09-10 · every factual statement the new site may carry, and what backs it
The point of this file: a school-district purchasing officer can check anything on a vendor's
website, and a sole-source justification is auditable. Sean and Nicko are the faces on this
account, so a claim BCS cannot back becomes Sean's problem, not Ali's. This ledger is the gate.
Rule in force: a claim ships only if it sits in the GREEN table. AMBER claims are written
into the HTML as commented PENDING VERIFICATION blocks that render nothing — switch one on
the day Ali substantiates it in writing. RED claims do not go in at all, in any wording.

| G1 | 565 Lion Electric buses operating on U.S. roads | WRI Electric School Bus Initiative adoption dataset v10, June 2026, bus-level sheet, filtered to Lion | Cited on the page. Sum of operating across 210 LEAs. |
| G2 | 155 districts running at least one | same | Districts with operating > 0. |
| G3 | 939 Lion buses total across 210 districts, 30 states | same | Includes ordered/awarded, so the page leads with the 565 instead. |
| G4 | State rollup: CA 297 · LA 113 · IL 96 · NJ 64 · OK 58 · TX 49 | same | Tabular figures on the page. |
| G5 | The 209 plotted districts, their locations, counts and operating counts | same, projected in sites/bcs-supply/data/lion-districts.json | American Samoa (1 bus) is outside the map projection and is not plotted. |
| G6 | Lion Electric's U.S. operation failed and U.S. factory warranties are void | Deloitte creditor letter July 2025; public reporting Oct–Nov 2025 | Say "the warranty went with it." Never characterise the bankruptcy beyond this. |
| G7 | BCS Supply is the U.S. brand of BCS Solutions GmbH, Landshut, Germany | Handelsregister Landshut HRB 14510, reg. 2024-10-04; the German site's own imprint ("BCS Supply ist eine Marke der BCS Solutions GmbH") | Entity line in the footer. |
| G8 | The second-life control system for BMW i3 packs was developed 2017–2019 in Landshut and piloted at BMW Dingolfing | BCS's own about page | Past tense, as history. See R1. |
| G9 | 40+ MWh in service, 85+ projects, 11 applications | BCS's own published figures | Ships ONLY labelled as the stationary-storage record — "Different product, same battery." |
| G10 | Tool package: BCS service laptop (reads pack error codes, runs factory diagnostic jobs, flashes ECUs), battery module charger (charge / balance / condition, cell monitoring), End-of-Service case (re-commission, pneumatic + electrical safety checks) | BCS after-sales service package, 2026-07-27 | Their own spec. Demonstrable on a yard visit. |
| G11 | Training list: BMW i3 battery · service & maintenance · repair & parts replacement · diagnostics · EV/HV system safety | same | The lead product per the research. |
| G12 | Parts run about 30% below dealership | Ali, 2026-09-04, his own pricing line | Ali owns this number. If he moves it, the page moves with it. |
| G13 | In December 2025 a San Diego County district created a "Heavy Duty Fleet Mechanic — Diesel & Electric" position citing the Lion warranty gap | That district's own public board item, 2025-12-16 | District not named on the page — it is Sean's live prospect. |
| G14 | Fleet EForce operates nationwide doing parts and repairs | Fleet EForce's own published scope | Named only from their material. No bashing (Sean, 09-04). |
| G15 | Contact: sales@bcs-supply.com · +1 (206) 486-3797 | BCS's own materials | One phone format per artifact, per the fleet contact standard. |

|---|---|---|---|---|
| A1 | Atlanta Public Schools is an existing BCS client, 25 buses | APS does run 25 LionC (EPA Clean School Bus; 23 delivered by Apr 2025). Zero public record ties BCS to them. Ali cites it on every call. | A named APS contact and the scope of work, in writing | Ali |
| A2 | One of the team is a former Lion Electric technician | Never named, in any call or document | The name, and permission to reference the role | Ali |
| A3 | On-site response within 24 hours in Southern California | Staff are in Arizona and Germany; headcount never disclosed | A written service-level commitment Ali will stand behind | Ali |
| A4 | The LionC pack is built from BMW i3 modules | A LION Smart GmbH supply agreement exists. Delivered-vehicle spec is not publicly documentable. | A photograph of a Lion pack showing a BMW module part number (asked 2026-09-04, item 11) | Ali |
| A5 | Named references: Siemens, TotalEnergies, Goodyear, Saft, Osram, Fenecon, Pepper | Logos on slide 11 of the storage deck. Fenecon genuinely builds storage from second-life i3 packs. | Written permission per logo + the actual scope | Ali |
| A6 | Headcount / "our team" language | Ali dodged the headcount question twice on 2026-09-08 | A number | Ali |
The page uses "our engineers" only where G8 supports it. It never states or implies a team size.
| # | Banned | Why |
|---|---|---|
| R1 | "R&D partner of BMW" · "through our partnership with BMW" · "BMW-certified" | Nothing current exists. BMW is a 2017–2019 development history and a logo. This went out in the 09-04 district email and must not be repeated anywhere. |
| R2 | "Flying Doctor" | Copied from the stationary-storage services page. Reads absurd to a school district. Already cut from outbound (09-04, item 7). |
| R3 | "Referred to you by others in the industry" / by Arden / by another district | No referral exists. Fleet EForce employs an Arden Prier. An unnamed referral reads as no referral, and a false one is checkable. |
| R4 | Any grant clawback, any state or federal maintenance mandate, "grants fund maintenance" | Unverified. Ali himself was vague on 09-08 ("might be federal... federal or ESG, something"). EPA Clean School Bus funds mechanic training but has no eligible cost category for repairing buses already bought. Permitted framing: every bus you took grant money for is expected to stay in service, and a parked one is something you have to explain. |
| R5 | "Up to 70% of dealership cost" | Makes the reader do arithmetic. G12 is the number they repeat to their boss. |
| R6 | "Proprietary BMW diagnostic tools" | Overstates what the tool package is. G10 is the honest version. |
| R7 | Nuvve, in any context | Cajon Valley formally closed Nuvve out 2025-12-16 and spent $530,390 replacing the chargers. Mentioning it is actively negative in the primary territory. |
| R8 | Any testimonial, "trusted by", customer count, satisfaction figure, or years-in-business claim | None exist. |
| R9 | Any specific district named as a prospect or customer | Sean's live pipeline. Publishing it hands it to Fleet EForce. |
| R10 | "180 Lion buses at LAUSD" | Wrong. WRI says 28 Lion, 10 operating. 180 was all EVs in David's tool. |
These are already open with Ali (raised 08-28, 09-04, 09-08) and are the same three things
the yard-visit gate requires:
1. The Atlanta contact name and what BCS actually does there → unblocks A1.
2. The names of the "two other people" who would do on-site work → unblocks A2 and A6, and
is the honest input to A3.
3. The compensation proposal for Sean and Nicko → not a site claim, but it is the third
unanswered ask and it belongs on the same list.
4. A photo of a Lion pack with a visible BMW module part number → unblocks A4, and it is the
single most valuable asset this site could gain. It turns the whole thesis from a sentence
into evidence.
Nothing on this list is unreasonable to ask of a vendor whose website you are building.
Swept before any CSS was written, per the sweep requirement.

| gridwatch | The load-bearing one. Dark infrastructure ground, mono uppercase micro-labels, a horizontal live-data strip of tabular figures under the hero, one sharp warm accent against graphite, heavy display type carrying a plain-spoken sentence. This is the register a fleet supervisor reads as competence. |
| latten | Discipline check: zero border-radius, zero box-shadow across the whole page. Proof that ruled rows and hairlines carry structure without a single card. |
| degrees | Data plate as masthead; real measure; drop cap; four chart states cross-faded from one scroll fraction. Source of the "scroll-progress scalar drives everything" decision. |
| trunkline | Instrument vocabulary applied to a service/logistics subject. |
| stationzero | Ruled tabular figures at scale (split-flap departure board); how to make a table the hero of a section without it looking like a spreadsheet. |
HV service bay. Working shop, not brochure. Deep graphite ground with a cool-green cast,
hairline rules, ruled columns, mono micro-labels in caps, tabular figures, generous space
around very large plain type. Accent = ISO high-voltage orange (#FF6A13) — the colour of
every HV cable in every EV, so a mechanic reads it before they read a word. School-bus yellow
(#F5C518) is restricted to operating-status dots and bus silhouettes only.
Signature moment: the pack readout — an SVG battery pack of 96 modules with an HV-orange
scan line that resolves each column to OK / WEAK / FAULT, with a live mono tally. It is not
decoration; it is the product drawn. One scroll-progress scalar drives it; reduced-motion gets
the completed state instantly.
carries no --shadow-* variable and no radius token except one pill, so the generic move
is not reachable without deliberately adding a token back.
(cluster 3) — hairlines are used, but the composition is instrument, not newspaper.
copy, stock imagery, rounded cards. That is the thing being replaced.
address — deliberately skipped here. The registered U.S. address is a mailbox service at
a UPS outlet; mapping it hands a purchasing officer a reason to stop reading. The 209-district
coverage map answers "where are you" better and honestly. Deviation logged.
